Here's a solution. Hire to unemployed to clean, fix up renovate old neighborhoods.
Take Detroit for instance... houses are selling for $500.00 Have neighborhood unemployed fix up and salvage those houses and give the houses away to the volunteers to own as oppose to letting them sit there empty. Use goverment money in more meaningful projects that help people instead of pork projects that help politiicans.
