fund College Republicans & conservative campus newspapers

The only way to reach the next generation of voters is to win them over to conservative ideas before the liberal professors indoctrinate them. Thus, on every major college campus, we need to have a vibrant group of young Republicans as well as a strong conservative newspaper that will expose the... more

Something HAS to be done to protect our kids from leftist influence in the universities. My son was telling me about some time his (radical leftist) Economics "teacher" gave him an F on a paper because the professor said that Reagan expanded the budget and increased tariffs, and my son wouldn't back down and said "NO HE DIDN'T, REAGAN WAS A SMALL GOVT, FREE MARKET CONSERVATIVE" damn right, boy.

  2. The best way to reach out to the youth is by getting rid of the religious overtones in the party, supporting the environment, and supporting a reform of the education system that can benefit students on an individual level. Take it from a 16 year old.

  3. It is important to fund both the Young Republicans and the College Republicans so that they can help get out the message and these are the people that provide the manpower when we run campaigns.

This is the way to go, in getting the young people and teaching them the ways
of government, the other new age movement has done it for years and wining
them over to the lies and taking away their liberty and they don't even know it's happing to them..
But we need to reach them in the same way while they are young.

    Reach Them Yes ASAP

I'm currently in college, and active in our college republican chapter. However, it isn't active enough. We need more support from the RNC. Our school newspaper almost exclusively runs liberal views and ideas, and this doesn't reflect my campuses ideology, as my college is traditionally more conservative. I think a more active college Republican initiative would be excellent.

  6. difference of opinion is good ... but this wont work that great

  7. a free press and printed paper handouts were very inciting when i was in college. gave one an elitists feel to have one of those protruding from a text book. intrigue and exclusive insider participation was always good draw - like teenagers having secret words to indicate a meeting place and time ... let young republicans have a vibrant 'underground' system. lets think like a kid again.

its not so much about indoctrination that these schools do, its the browbeating that having a conservative outlook is bad. That can easially be combated by having us organize and form a cohesive counter argument to the lefies on these campuses

  9. I was "indoctrinated" by one of my liberal professors and all I got was a lousy t-shirt. Well, and an "A" in economics. And chlamydia.

  10. Hmm. Send money to publications that can't make it on their own in the free market because they don't have a product anyone wants? Sounds like socialism to me.

These college students have grown up with WAY too many rules. Does anyone feel safer? I went back to my college campus and did not feel safe walking around. We need to become much more personal. It's about RELATIONSHIPS, connecting, caring about individuals. College students need guidance and someone to help them with the time constraints they must deal with. Scholarship and grant help.

Please see my suggestion "YR Chapter Houses" and add comments. I am proposing a gathering place and a mechanism to save students money and time.

    Thanks.

  13. Joe Green.. maybe if they came out of the closet they WOULD get laid more.

  14. Funny thing is, when kids start learning critical thinking skills and logic, the whole Republican ideology starts falling apart like the house of cards that it is. Nobody's being "indoctrinated" to one side or the other. The whole idea of universities as liberal brainwashing gulags has to be the sorriest evidence of your paranoia.

Moderate: You only say that because the Israelite media hasn't made your kids gay yet. Just you wait, soon your son will be part of a sweaty, writhing pile of well-muscled, hairless limbs and straining buttocks, grunting and moaning in ecstasy, and then you will walk in on it and throw things until everyone runs out of the room, but then you get a boner and hope it's just coincidence.

  16. Shutup with the indoctrination BS. Ideas are embraced on merits, not brainwashing. Here's an idea, stop villianizing liberals and get your own message out there. It makes you look like you have something to say instead of everything to whine and cry about. This is why you've lost big in the last two elections. The "liberals are out to get us make our kids gay" rant is stupid.

  17. REPEAL THE 14TH AMDEDMENT!

  18. All college republicans are virgins.

  19. Yeah. Know what is a good money maker for small publications?
